The minor provides a basis in the fundamentals of the earth sciences for students interested in career in fields that directly or indirectly involve the earth or environmental sciences.</p><h2>Minor Requirements</h2><ul> <li>A grade of \"C\" or above (2.0) is required in each course used to satisfy the minor.</li> <li>At least 12 hours used in the minor must be earned at UCF.</li> <li>At least 9 hours of coursework for the minor must be at the 3000 level or above.</li> </ul><h2>Prerequisite Courses</h2><ul> <li>Note: it is the student's responsibility to ensure that prerequisite courses have been completed before enrolling in any of these courses requiring a prerequisite.</li> </ul>","primary":false,"program":1662}
