"description": "<p>The graduate certificate in Conflict Resolution and Analysis provides a deeper understanding of the origins and root causes of conflict. Conflict is rampant in society, ranging from personal and workplace conflicts to global conflicts. Students will learn strategies for managing and resolving interpersonal and community conflicts, which are essential in the community and workplace. This certificate will be attractive to students planning to attend law school, legal professionals, social workers, law enforcement, business professionals, and those in education, to name a few.</p><p><strong>Total Credit Hours Required: 15 Credit Hours</strong></p><p><strong>Please note:</strong> <a href=\"https://www.ucf.edu/online/degree/conflict-resolution-and-analysis/\" target=\"_blank\">Conflict Resolution and Analysis Graduate Certificate may be completed online</a>, although not all elective options or program prerequisites may be offered online. Newly admitted students choosing to complete this program exclusively via UCF online classes may enroll with a reduction in campus-based fees.</p><p>This program is not open to international students. If you have questions, please consult UCF Global at 407-823-2337.</p><p>International students (F or J visa) are required to enroll in a full-time course load of 9 credit hours during the fall and spring semesters. Only 3 of the 9 credit hours may be taken in a completely online format.
