"description": "<p>As the nation's leading hospitality college, Rosen College has capitalized on its expertise and facilities with the development of a major beverage program that includes eight beverage-related courses. The certificate program in Beverage Management is a specialized track of study for those interested in careers in beverage operations or in the wider beverage industry.</p><p>Students will develop an understanding of beer, wine, and spirits, and learn key concepts, strategies, and practical skills relevant to the successful management of beverage operations in a restaurant, bar, or other food and/or beverage business.
