Program Vision</strong>: To create an effective and efficient workforce.</p><p><strong>Career and Technical Education B.S. Program Mission Statement</strong>: To provide subject matter experts with opportunities to develop course content guided by pedagogical and technological approaches based on teaching standards and training frameworks. </p><p>Successful completion of this program affords career opportunities as workforce/corporate trainers, talent development specialists, HR trainers, career development counselors and career advising specialists, etc. </p><p>The program is offered as an online track and a traditional modality track. It may be completed fully online, although not all elective course options or program prerequisites may be offered online.
