"description": "<p>There is a growing demand for skilled professionals who can design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs in a rapidly evolving job market. Upon completion of this 18-credit hour certificate program, students will become <a href=\"https://www.careeronestop.org/videos/careeronestop-videos.aspx?videocode=11313100\" target=\"_blank\">Training and Development (T&D)</a> specialists or managers who support the upskilling and reskilling needs of Florida's workforce talent pipelines in emerging, high-demand fields crucial for economic development and global competitiveness in any industry.</p><p>Students seeking this career pathway will plan, direct, coordinate, and/or facilitate work-related training and development activities to improve individual or employee knowledge and skills that enhance organizational performance.
