They are paid to students through the Office of Student Financial Assistance, based on instructions provided by the College of Graduate Studies. Fellowships are given to support a student's graduate study and do not have a work obligation. An average of $35 is charged as a materials fee for each of the four assessment courses.</p> <p><strong>Independent Learning</strong></p> <p>A practicum and research report are required as the culminating independent learning experience.</p>",
