    "description": "<p>UCF’s Educational Leadership Modified Core program offers the ideal option — providing you with all the coursework required for Florida Level I Administrative Certification, without the need to complete a second degree.</p><p>Whether you’re looking to meet certification requirements or planning to continue into UCF’s <a href=\"https://ccie.ucf.edu/elhe/academics/educational-leadership-eds/\">EdS in Educational Leadership</a> or <a href=\"https://ccie.ucf.edu/elhe/academics/executive-edd/\">Executive EdD in Educational Leadership</a> programs, the Modified Core helps you build the knowledge, credentials and confidence you need to lead with purpose. Designed for experienced educators, the program focuses on real-world applications aligned with the Florida Principal Leadership Standards — preparing you for the next step in your career.</p><p>If you're considering continuing on to one of our advanced degrees, be sure to consult with the program coordinator to find the path that's right for you.</p><p>The modified core program leads to state-level licensure (certificate in Florida language).
